Wiederspahn began his film career as a writer/director/producer on the award winning feature film, The Sensation of Sight, starring Academy-Award nominated actor David Strathairn. 

Currently Wiederspahn has four feature films in post-production for which he Executive Produced or Co-EP’ed; The Way of the Wind directed by renowned filmmaker Terrence Malick (Days of Heaven, Thin Red Line, The Tree of Life), the inspirational biopic Sight starring Terry Chen and Greg Kinnear, The Boys of Summer directed by Disney star David Henrie and starring Mel Gibson and Mason Thames, and the Flannery O’Connor biopic, Wildcat, directed by Ethan Hawke starring Maya Hawke, Laura Linney, Steve Zahn, and others.
